During the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic Harvard University announced that it would suspend all in-person classes and shift to online learning. So I decided to complete an online certificate through Harvard Business School. Thank you to HBS for the wonderful certificate.
The Harvard Club of Toronto meeting was held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm at Queen’s Park in Toronto. It was a great pleasure meeting with Elizabeth Dowdeswell, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario to discuss the state of democracy in Canada and abroad as well as our ideals and current threats. This marks my second time meeting with Elizabeth Dowdeswell and my first meeting with a representative of His Majesty King Charles III. The first time I met Elizabeth Dowdeswell was at the Invictus Games in Toronto. As the administrator for the Facebook SCTV Official Fan Club I attended a taping at the Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre Centre in Toronto for an upcoming Netflix special directed by Martin Scorsese. The SCTV special features Joe Flaherty, Eugene Levy, Andrea Martin, Catherine O’Hara, Martin Short, Dave Thomas, and Rick Moranis and is moderated by Jimmy Kimmel. This marks my second time with the great Martin Scorsese. I guess you could call it part two. Hard to believe, but An Afternoon with SCTV was filmed exactly ten years after Shutter Island and almost twenty years after taking my first class at The Second City!

I am proud to announce that I am officially an alumni of Harvard University. I completed my four year bachelor’s degree in only three years with a “B” average. What else can I say, I’m going to Disneyland! Always follow your dreams and make an effort once in a while, stay absolutely dedicated, and you can be successful in achieving just about anything you put your mind to.
Shutter Island is now in theaters. The film is directed by Martin Scorsese and stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Ruffalo, Ben Kingsley, Max von Sydow, and Michelle Williams. I play an orderly and have a cameo in the film. This is my first film role as a cast member with a contract in a major motion picture.
Today I received my acceptance letter from Harvard University. And I am proud to announce that I am now officially an admitted undergraduate degree candidate. I plan to spend the next several years completing my degree there and I look forward to updating you all with my ongoing success!
